About your data.

This notice describes data used by the Ecanstudio application during development.

Contact form

The name, email, company, service preference, budget range and project description you submit are stored in the application's database so we can review and respond to your inquiry. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information.

Product registrations

Your name, email address, selected product and language preference are saved when you register interest in a product. Administrators use this information only to contact you about the product. Products you follow in the portal are linked to your account and generate portal notifications for new releases.

Client portal

A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. Account information, assigned projects and project messages are stored to provide the portal service. Authorized studio administrators can access this information to carry out the work.

Proposals, responses, delivery files, approvals, revision records and support requests are linked to the relevant client account. Only that client and authorized administrators can download private delivery files. Email records are created for invitations, password resets and project updates. In local mode these messages are stored without being sent; when an email provider is configured, the recipient address and message content are sent to that provider for delivery.

Security logs

Session information, limited request logs and administrator activity logs are kept for session security and abuse prevention. This version does not include advertising or visitor analytics tools.

Local development version

This version is for local development. Before launching with real client data, this notice must be completed with the data controller's details, contact information, retention periods and applicable legal requirements.
